After more than 6 months of development and testing we are excited to launch our latest servo, the M1 SR SERIES 55KG digital programmable servo.

 

Succesfully proven across the globe in 1:8 scale electric and nitro buggy and truggy at some of the largest events in the world as:

We wanted to make something special, we updated the design and the materials used including:

New hardened stainless steel gears matched to a new hardened retaining pin with reinforced housing in the servo case.

Bearings, the new design now utilises 3 dustproof ball bearings,

A new high torque 4-pole brushless motor, increasing the torque and speed. We have updated the case and motor housing now encorporating all alloy 3 piece construction elimates flex and any side sway spline movement.

A new logic board, being Mach-1 its programmable!

 

Of course we kept our precise magnetic encoder which allows the servo run in very humid conditions.

  • 1. Warranty Coverage

    All electronic servos purchased from us are supplied with the following warranty coverage:

    • 12-Month No-Fault Warranty
      For the first 12 months from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the servo regardless of the cause of failure, provided it has not been deliberately damaged or modified.

    • 36-Month Manufacturer Fault Warranty
      For 36 months from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any servo that fails due to a manufacturer defect, including component failures, workmanship issues, or internal electronic faults.

    • What Is Not Covered

      • Intentional damage or misuse

      • Modification, disassembly, or alteration of the product

      • Water or chemical damage unless the product is explicitly rated for such exposure

      • Damage caused by using the servo outside the specifications published by the manufacturer

      • Normal wear and tear

    2. Making a Warranty Claim

    To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

    • Provide proof of purchase; and

    • Provide a description of the issue and any relevant information to allow assessment.

    We may request the product be returned for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer. If repair or replacement is not practicable, we may offer a refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

    3. Customer Responsibilities

    The customer is responsible for:

    • Ensuring correct installation and operation of the servo

    • Following all manufacturer instructions and specifications

    • Returning the product to us (or an authorised service agent) for inspection if required

    Postage costs for returning a product may be the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise under the ACL.

    4. Australian Consumer Law Notice

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    These rights exist in addition to the warranties offered by us.

    5. How We Resolve Claims

    Once a claim is submitted:

    • We assess whether the issue falls under the 12-month no-fault warranty, the 36-month manufacturer-fault warranty, or the ACL consumer guarantees.

    • Where a repair is possible, it will be carried out within a reasonable time.

    • If repair is not possible, a replacement of equal or greater value will be provided.

    • Refunds are offered only when required under the ACL (e.g., major failure).

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

    • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect voltage, or incompatible equipment

    • Losses resulting from racing, competition use, or extreme overloading unless covered under the no-fault warranty period

    • Consequential or indirect losses, except those required by the ACL
